How to Negotiate, the Smart Way
We negotiate all the time, at work, home, with vendors, other businesses, colleagues, family, and friends. Finding a way to get what you want while addressing wants of others is key to a successful negotiation. That is, if you treat the negotiation as a conversation instead of an argument, you are more likely to end up with what you want.
